Pathetic INTEC

If there was a rating with no star, I would have given it to them. I am enrolled since June last year; everything was up and running. Then they had some sort of structure change and since then there is no other word to describe them then utterly pathetic. Communication is nonexistent, I have sent numerous emails, tried to phone, left messages on FACEBOOK messenger, left remarks and comments on their FACEBOOK page, but NOTHING. I paid all installments and decided to cancel my last one in an attempt to get them to phone me. That was end October, someone phoned me at last on Monday, while I was still trying to explain and asked the lady to just get someone to phone me regarding my actual studies, she hanged up on me. I studied with Intec previously, had no problems, but this time it is if if they have vanished from earth.
