Pathetic Institution

Very disappointed!

I had a course with these guys, I Paid over 20k every month accumulated. However, I asked them if I can cancel my course and the lady I been speaking to ever since I started the course told me I have a period where I can cancel the course if I want too..so I filled in the form she asked me to complete and been mailing them since 2020!!! But yet, they still send me statements until now wanting payment and whenever I want to resolve this, then it's always transferring me to the correct place or nobody picks up.. this is really pathetic Institution!!
