Pathetic Excuse for Student Consultants

I app**** to study at INTEC College and everything went well, I was called a few times a day until Theo got hold of me and he sent me emails asking when am I sending my documents, so that I can apply to study. Once I made payment and sent through my documents I hear nothing form him! He says he is too busy to answer my questions and its no longer in his hands. I ask when am I getting my student number, he says its no longer in his hands. I asked another consultant Nafisa Saleh and she also just says sorry she cant help, she clearly doesn't take her job seriously. What pathetic service from these consultants, all they want is your money and forms so that their backs are covered but otherwise they don't care about your studies or queries!! I need to know when I can start studying to better my future, isn't that what INTEC is there for?? Clearly not!!! No one can tell me when Im getting my student number!!! Really pathetic
