Pathetic customer service

Glad to see I am not the nly one struggling😡. The portal is inaccessible, the exam registration forms are no where to be found, and to top it all, it is due on the 15th of October. I have paid my entire account 6 weeks ago, and still I receive messages that my account hasn't been paid. And the worst of all is, R700 worth of airtime and at least 15 unanswered emails since the 2nd of October 2023, and I have become nothing wiser.

Worst customer service ever...
