Pathetic

I wrote my exams in Nov 2020 with hopes of finishing this course and getting my certificate by Feb 2021. I have been calling/emailing to get my final results but I get the response that "we have escalated the matter and you will get the results in 48hrs". What nonsense!! It is now 03/05/2021 and I have still not received it! Also the June exam session has closed already and should I need to rewrite any subjects I have to wait until Nov 2021. a whole dam year! I'm utterly frustrated and annoyed. They have no system of working. They want all the fees to be paid, even for writing exams you have to pay a fee but they cant give the results or help in any way!
