PATHETIC!!!!!

I have been registered as an intec student from December 2015. I still have not received my learning material!! To cut a LOOOOONG story short, i have spoken to and emailed 100 people at intec and no one can tell me where my material is. (Firstly they said it was deleivered to me, then apparently it was returned to the courier depot, then it was in transit with a intec employee). I havent even received the tracking number, that they promised would be sent to me via sms. Every time i had to query my stuff, i was told they will get back to me within 48-72 hours, needless to say, they didnt phone me back. I had to phone every time just so they could tell me no one has an answer and that they will log it again and i have to wait 48-72 hours again. <br> <br> I was also informed recently that i need to buy a text book, after i had to do homework on this, i discovered that the prescribed book is no longer available. It has been replaced with another book but has a different name. I really regret having enroled with intec! Thought about canceling my course, but was advised that a refund wil take even longer! <br> <br> INTEC, where is my study material??????
