Paid in full - still have not received my stuff

I registered to study marketing management and my registration was processed and completed on the 16th February 2015. I was then told someone would call me in connection with when my study material would be delivered. I was told it can take up to 21 working days . After paying upfront in full for my course, I find the service unprofessional as I never got any updates about my goods, nor a tracking number and if I log on to the student portal it tells me all the material is on \back order". 21 days have passed"
