This was the emails that was sent between me and your support people. After waiting for them to reply a week i phoned And told them i want the new books to write the exams and they told me the voucher is no longer valid wich i understood. So i said i will pay the exams as required. I just need the new books to study and write the exams. I was told over the phone that i will only be sent new books after i payed the account up to date. Which i did. On the same call i was informed that i will have to pay for the new study material. I already payed the full course amount. I have not written any test because each time there is something wrong. Voucher expired, selabase changed and then i had to pay the last 2 premiums before any steps was taken. Will i be able to do the course and pay the difference, if any? Aswell if i cant write will i be recieving a refund. Why will i pay this much money and tell you i am no longer interested? Please tell me what i can do to get write the A+ an N+ course which i payed for.

I just want to write and get the certificates please.

Aswell please get a beter way of informing your students about this type of information. Your communication is terable. I am waiting to hear from you as soon as possible. Hopefully it will not take as long as it did for you to answer this email.

Please confirm with the college who advised you that you will receive study material when the account has been paid up?

Your course expired in June 2016 already and according to our records, 01 June 2016 you called the college and advised that you do not want voucher anymore now, you will not be able to keep account update then ,we must please cancel the voucher. Your were given until end of June 2016 to write these exams
