paid but did not receive anything

on 23 march Anthea Morris sent me an email to say that as soon as tehy receive my payment of R500 my books will be sent to me. On 24th March I sent off proof of payment and have not heard anything from them or received my books until I sent an email on Monday. This morning Shakier calls me and tells me that I will only recieve my study material in next week. This is not on and very unprofessional. How am i supposed to write an exam and do assignments if I am writing in less than a month and Didi mackenzie refuses to postpone my exam to a later date and tells me I should rebook and pay R620 as a new assessment. This delay is no fault of mine. If i did not enquire about my books or payment I would never have had a response from them. I cannot afford to fail and amke another payment for this subject. and why should I pay R620 when it is the fault of the college for lack of response and communication
