Overpaid of my account
<p>I am a student at Intec college, I have finished my course and await my last results and certificate.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have never received an invoice all the time I was with them, and Intec keep silent all the time and the last 5 months that I have paid the amount of R369 into their account without letting me know I have paid my account infull. When I ask for an invoice, I realise that I have paid 5 months more than the original account fee. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I want an refund, I have to wait 3 months for the refund, I have to give proof of payments for all the time, and stamped bank statements, a certified copy of my Id.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is time waisting, they took my money and I have to decided if I want to go through all this huzzels, spend more money to get my money or leave the money in their bank account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never study with Intec College ever again.</p>
I have studied through Intec College, with a lot of negative results and on the 20 th April 2017, I have realised that I have paid them R1800 to much. I requested that they must paid me back. They sent me some forms to fill in, I also have to provide bank statements of the payment I have made. The finance department sent me a statement that I have paid R 1845.00, (statement attached) but still they want proof of my payment. I sent them all the information, and they told me it will take 60 -90 days. Now 90 day further they want a stamped bankstatement.
I was stupid to trust them, they never sent me an invoice, the first invoice I received was when I queries the amount I have paid to much. Never use Intec College. Look at Hello Peters reviews before you decided to use them. Ask for invoices, if they don't provide it, don't pay anything.
