one story after the other

Good day in Feb 2016 I received and extension for my course I sent my assignments off in 2017. I waited 8months for my assignment to be marked only to be told sorry you failed we will return theme assignment in September 2017 , I then received it in January 2018!!!! I called and was told toys fine resubmit we will mark it. After paying R300 for the assignment to be sent I get told sorry course expired???? Why tell me to submit something if it's to late anyway???? Please help student number ********** 0071
