Nov Results, Overcharged exam fees

I wrote one subject in Nov 2015. <br> To date, have not received my results, despite numerous emailed requests.<br> The exam fee per subject is R450. I registered for 1 subject. Paid R450.<br> Received a statement showing R900 invoiced, and R450 payment received.<br> Have been trying for months to get them to credit the extra exam fee.<br> Numerous emails later, I still don't know if the account balance is now zero.<br> <br> Received an email today - invitation to register for April exam.<br> (I don't even know if I passed the last one)<br> They indicate that I am not legible to write any of my subjects. No reason given.<br> I have submitted all 5 assignments for my next subject - they take 30 days to mark them.<br> But surely they have it on record that all the assignments are in?<br> It could possibly be due to the \outstanding\" exam fees (which is an error on their side.<br> There is no way of knowing, because even-though you email them, you just don't get answers to your questions."
