Not what I signed up for

i have signed up with Intec in March 2015 & I was told that I would receive my course ware within 21 working days. the end of 8April I haven't received any textbooks yet(well over the 21 day period) so I decided to call them up & e-mail them as to when I will receive my course ware.I received it at near the very end of April 2015 but only 3 books.I called them again & on the 19th of May I received the \rest"of my books & student card plus the welcome pack.Going through these I discovered that the major subject I was taking was missing it's textbooks"
