Not issuing qualifications

I have been a student with Intec for many years but in 2014 i signed up for a NQF Level 6 upgrade to my current Diploma. I had to do three tests on an additional subject to obtain the qualification. I completed the tests in 2015 but have up to now still not received my Diploma. I could not enroll at University due to the fact that i do not have the document. It has been two years now that i missed enrollment due to this. It was also not possible for me to apply for promotion at work due to the lack of proof that i completed my studies.

The degree takes two years to complete at University and i could have been done by now but due to Intec's lack of organization and s**** or just general lack of response to all my calls, emails and complaints, I have not even been able to enroll yet.

Does anyone know a good lawyer that can assist me with suing them for loss of income as well as all the fees i have paid them. I want my diploma issued and i want my fees refunded.

They are the worst kind of educational institute i have ever come across. I am a working adult and not a young student so every minute counts for me.
