Not getting my Intec Certificate

I wrote and passed my practical diesel certificate in 2016 with Intec In Cape Town . I am still waiting for my certificate after many emails and phone calls to Cape Town holding on for many minutes costing lots of money, plz can someone get back to me with some feedback.
