Non truthful organization

<p>I am very disappointed with intec collage. Very unprofessional institution indeed. I was trying to help my little brother to register and since he is unemployed i agreed to be his guardian. And this was in February of this year for an exam he will be writing next year june. Now when the registration happened it was not explained to me that my ITC will be updated. Nor was i given any document or copy of anything or even a brochure. If i am not mistaken they are a college and not a credit provider. Furthermore even though they can update. I have a right to be told what i am getting myself into before hand. The law says so. I tried calling and speaking to their credit department and i spoke to an *********** individual by the name of sindisiwe nene. She was unable to answer any of my questions. Even when i repeat myself and ask that she answers. She would instead deflect or try change the topic at hand. I demand that they remove themselves from my credit report since they did not explain to me before hand as required by law</p>
