Non responsive long distance learning

Hi my name is petronella Mathipa and im a student at intec college. They promised a fast responses when it comes to their long distance learning program and now I'm not getting any response from them. They promised learner support of which they **** about too. They even gave me date and location of where i would get the long distance learning support on to find out that its a Tupperware sales group meeting. Im really disappointed in this Institute of lies.
