NON PAYMENT OF MY REGISTRATION FEE

I enrolled at Intec college,Port Elizabeth branch, a week after I had to deregister due to work commitments,and I was promised that I will get my REGISTRATION money back ,i would understand if I received atleast study materials,but since May I never received anything. No one is willing to take the responsibility,they constantly telling m stories....I really wouldn't recommend anyone to enrol at INTEC COLLEGE.Their service is very poor although it is quick for them to ask for money from people.
