Non-existent Acc Dept

After sending a dispute through to the college and receiving an email that it would take 4 weeks to get back to me, I still have not received any feedback going onto 4 months now. Yet they are extremely fast in sending multiple sms to have the account paid! service in the accounts department is non-existenet!!!
