no update study material

I am so disappointed in Intec college . I have phoned 3 months already for my updated study material and now I phoned again just to hear they waiting for the supplier and a second request was send to the supplier on the 18/02/2015 . You write exams in November and you fail because of the college .. <br> <br> How long will I wait again ... <br> <br> I wonder if they will refund me for the whole course I paid R17000 for ... <br>
