No textbooks received

I have registered with Intec College in November 2014. To date I have not received any study material. Deposit and debit order has been going off my account successfully. I am paying for a service I am not receiving. I am very disappointed in Intec. It is the 1st time that I have registered with them and it is definitely the last! .
