NO STUDY MATERIAL!!! RUDE CONSULTANT!!!

I was told in February that my material is on its way and they will let me know when they will deliver. The consultant was shouting with me over the phone saying I must check my phone because they phoned me. I had no missed calls on my phone that day or the days prior to that. How can you just show up at someones house out of nowhere and expect them to be there before actually making an arrangement to deliver and making sure the person will actually be at home?? That's very stupid on their part firstly and secondly their consultants are so rude and ******** its really demotivating and makes studying with INTEC so unpleasant!! No one informed me about any delivery and they want to rant and rave over the phone. We then arranged that they would deliver the next day at 3:30 and they would call if there were any issues. I waited the next day and received no call from intec to say that they weren't coming. I don't understand why their service is so pathetic and unorganized. It really puts me off. I paid for my studies in full and I get treated like this!!! I don't get my study material, don't know exam or assignment dates, nothing!!!
