no study material

I enrolled with Intec College in January was informed that I will receive the study material within 21 working days..its now towards the end of the first quarter of the year still no study material. I don't know who to speak to anymore and nobody knows what is going on and nobody have any answers. I received an exam registry form today informing me that my first exam is in June and how much I need to pay for each subject. I have never seen such a circus of an institution which claims to be on International standards! Clearly these people don't know what they are doing! I am so disgusted by their service. something seriously needs to be done!
