NO STUDY BOOKS AND NO FEEDBACK

I registered beginning of December and my fees was paid in full on 30.12.2015. As to date I did not receive any text books or study material from Intec. I have send numerous emails and made numerous phone calls but as to date no positive feedback. I received a call 2 weeks back asking me for payment and I confirmed the money was paid and send them proof of payment. They just don't get back to me. This morning I phoned and was holding for 20 minutes before I finally came through and spoke to a lady with the name Subayda. She then said I am not registered on my student number for the 2nd year's studies. Finally she said I now have a new student number.... not sure why? Now my study material is apparently on back order - how can you advertise a course if there is no study material available. If you phone to follow up all they say is they will send an email to follow up. No positive feedback - this is frustrating. I am a full time worker so I can only study in the evening and weekends, but surely they don't care. I will never refer any people to Intec.
