NO STUDENT SUPPORT!!!

<p>NO STUDENT SUPPORT!!!<br />I gave in assignments for 5 of my required subjects to enable me to write exams in November 2017. Last week I started to get some results back. I received 73% for Economics A and 17% for Economics E.</p> <p>Totally shocked by the result for the Economics E - I phoned the student advisors and spoke to a lady. I explained to her that this mark can not be right, and that I want to know what the process is for a remark. She got frustrated with me, I presume it was because I questioned my results. I explained to her that after I received my results, I went through all the studies material for that assignment with the questions and the answers that was submitted and there is just no way that the result for this assignment could have been that low. <br />I was told that my assignment would be emailed to me when available and then I can see why I received that mark. She further advised me that it could not be remarked, I would have to redo the assignment. its been about two weeks since I started to questioned this result, and no one is getting back to me or assisting me in anyway. I spoke to two different individuals this week, with promises that was made and it was not honored, not no surprise. Why do we have student advisors? I paid my three year course upfront and not on a monthly basis? Does this exempt me for support when needed? At the end of the day, this ridiculous result affects my passing rate. and no one at intec college is prepared to help me in resolving this concerning matter. My husband is studying the exact same course through damelin. He check my answers compared to his knowledge as he received 71% for this same assignment and he assured me that there must me an error with the result as there is no way that this could be right.</p> <p>My education is very important to me, and I honestly have to say, at this point I wish I never enrolled with intec!!!</p> <p>I will be sure to finish my course and Intec will definitely not be part of my future studies!!!!!!!!</p>
