no service delivery - worst ever

A registration was done with Intec College in 2024, and ever since, there has been no access to their site. Despite numerous emails and phone calls to the institution, they have made no attempts to resolve this issue or provide a refund. They issued a form for completion re a refund which was submitted, to date no refund and they continue to deduct monthly from the bank account re course fees for a course that they cannot provide any information about. They are the worst institution and numerous students have the same dilema were they registered but there is no further information re the course and monies are still being deducted. Also students who finished their courses still have not received their certification.
