NO RESULT STILL AND NO RESPONSE

I am really frustrated with this college in fact I want my money back in full they have lost my books that I have spent time to prepare for marking and the post office has proof that it was collected and due to their negligent I am where I am right now with no books and probably don't care for time wasted and have no problem with my situation as they always fool me around by promising to come back to me and no one really comes back to me. I am taking this matter with the ombudsman and television and newspapers to warn people about this incompetency and not to even start to dream on engaging their dreams with this college...I have had enough
