No Response On Queries For Study Material

I have registered for a course and paid in full in March 2015. After receiving Study Material I noticed that it stated I need a CD with Software to complete SPECIFICALLY my Assignments. I then was busy going through the books trying to complete the course but got stuck when I had to complete my assisgnments for a grade.
