No Response

I have sent multiple emails to the college and only receive automated responses. no one picks up the phones and no one responds. I have requested for the cancellation of the course due to financial challenges caused by Covid-19, but that has not been given attention, instead I am still receiving emails of examinations which currently I am unable to write.
