No reply from Intec - Cause bad credit record

My wife had already paid the deposit and a few installments. She had not submitted any assignments and did not even get any study material. In the contract, it is stipulated that the cancellation fee is required for study material, postage/courier costs and administration costs. My wife email the cancellation department and they would give feedback within 24 hours of the Review Committee Meeting. We do have proof of emails send... To date I have not received any feedback, and in the meantime Intec is ruining my credit record. It seems that the only option is to consult with the Department of Higher Education and to take this matter to the Small Claims Court.<br> <br> This is ongoing from May 2013...<br> <br> I would urge anyone considering studying through Intec to seriously rethink. They have only caused problems and stress for my wife.
