No refunds, no service, no communication!

Refunds!

This has been an ongoing struggle with you guys since mid-July! If I had to calculate it would be exactly 77+ days now.

Now, I know your ridiculous terms says that it could take up to 90-days (when it only takes you seconds to take our money), but would you seriously wait it all out in hopes of folks giving up on getting their money back ... ?! And, making things worse, this is 90-days from (and if) approved by your "genius" refund committee (is that even a thing)? Is that an attempt to make it as difficult as you can in hopes of folks giving up on what is rightfully theirs?

Let's call it what it is .. horse****! Go sell that nonsense to someone else. I am tired being sent back and forth with this. I have lost count on the amount of times we have been told it would be escalated and taken care of .. nothing ever happens! You are pretty good at ignoring things (when it isn't taking money, obviously).

I need someone to take care of this immediately! I am no longer interested in dealing with Shakier or Sarena, or whoever you saddled with the task of "buying time" from us! I will move on to the CGSO as you are already going against the CPA! Tell me who I need to take this up with and I will gladly do so.

Otherwise, process our damn refund and get out of our lives!
