No refund / delivery of study material since Nov14

Good day<br> <br> My name is Mapitso Mokati.<br> <br> On the 28/11/2014 an amount of R7595.00 was paid into Intec's to cover my study costs.Ms Mapitso Mokati (IStudent no.: ***1).<br> <br> I am deeply perturbed by the unprofessional and downright *****ed manner in which INTEC is handling my registration and study needs.<br> <br> To date 12 Feb 2015, I have not received any study material from them and I'm being sent from pillar to post when I make enquiries about the whereabouts of the books. If one considers that I must sit for my matric exam in June I get the impression that they really have no consideration at all for their learners. My supervisor has also called them on more than 3 occasions today (2015-02-12) and had to endure the horror of being shunted around by INTEC's employees.<br> <br> Secondly, I have requested a refund for the 2 courses which the institution does not offer and that too has not been forthcoming.<br> <br> I therefore demand that they repay my fees in full within 7days to my bank account so that I can make alternative means for my education.
