NO REFUND AFTER FOLLOWING CORRECT PROCEDURE

Since the first email I sent Intec College to cancel my course in July 2015, I received the necessary forms to complete and I faxed them as requested.<br> each email I sent afterwards they told me that they will send it through as very important and they will get back to me.<br> <br> It is now Jan 2016 and I have not even received an email from them saying they have not approved the cancellation or they will at least refund a part of my payments of over R7000!!!!<br> <br> I am a young mother and throwing that large mount of money away is not an option!!!!!!
