no refund

So i enrolled in 2014 for my matric via intec after inrolled i got sms stating i wil get m6 books wi5hin 21 day the days passed mone6 was deducted stil no books yet they requesting more paper work and yet money was deducted and a week before i was due to wr8te in june i get a msg stating i can write my exams how am i supose to write wi5hout any books up until today they didn cancel the account and yet no refund almost a year im battling with them!!!! at night school now without any hassels intec a waste of my money and time
