No refund

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted INTEC on the 11th of August to study for Matric. Registration went well, I did the 1st payment on the 17th of August 2015 and the 2nd and final payment on the 1st of September 2015. However due to me being a foreigner and having a work permit, I am not allowed to the exams for Matric. Something that INTEC did not tell me in advance, knowing very well I am a foreigner.</p> <p> </p> <p>I send a cancellation letter on 21st of September 2015. I have sent numerous emails to the cancellation department ********** and ********** (helpdesk agent that I got on the phone)).</p> <p> </p> <p>I received feedback on the 19th of November, that the cancellation process has started (from Mr. Mapule Monkhe, Client Liaison Officer).</p> <p> </p> <p>Received feedback on the 30th of November the cancellation process has been completed and my documentation has been handed over to the cancellation administrator to process my refund (Mr. Mapule Monkhe, Client Liaison Officer).</p> <p> </p> <p>Since then I did not receive any emails or feedback that the refund was done, I have not received any payment. I have send numerous emails but no response. Calling the helpdesk is a waste, being transfered from one agent to the other.</p> <p> </p> <p>INTEC breached the contract, it is more than 90 working days and still I have not received my refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help me get my refund.</p> <p><br />Thank you.</p>
