No marks.after exams NO certificate

After having difficulties.to.write exams as no FET COLLEGE wanted to help. Its now almost.a year since writing exams.that i cant get my marks. FET college says its Intec and Intec whom I paid to study at says not their problem. Pathetic!!!! The college wants money so you can study there but they wount help with anything else. Pathetic! Cant even get my year marks which I know I passes all assignments!!!!
