No feedback or Response

I decided to cancel my registerd course with Intec College in July 2017 I spoke to a few consultants he requested i need to fill in a cancellation form and send them the relevent documents so that it can be reviewed and they can get back to me This email with requested documents was sent on the 7th of July 2017 Till today i have just been receiving empty promises that the request is still being reviewed I decided to call the college yeaterday seeing that i am not getting the requested feedback and it feels like you are just being ignored and i can just wait till Intec decides to get back to me They lady that assisted me said cancellations does not except phone calls but she will see what she can do to assist me as she can see the documents was sent in July She said that she is going to go and speak to the department ditectly she will ask them to call me back I asked her can i expect a call back before the end of the day which was the 11 th of October 2017 she said yes It is now the 12th of October no feed back or phone call or emaill or anything I am very unhappy with the service of the college and will never make use of there service again i have spent so much money with this college and this is how you get treat Very dissappointed!
