No feedback or response

Hi,<br> <br> I made a query about a assignment on the 17th of December on the virtual campus website and received a reference to quote if Im contacted but that never happend. On the 4th of January I emailed the college as I never received feedback or got a response and they rep**** on the 6th and asked me for the assignment code but could not give it and I gave them the reference number of the query to follow up and it is 18 January and Ive heard nothing from them.<br> <br> Please could you assist me on this matter.<br> <br> Kind Regards<br> Jaco van Zyl
