No feedback on my request

I requested for my assignment to be collected by someone in Cape Town and be courier back to me because the post office was on strike and the post was a mess and that my course will expire by the 6th of May 2015 so that I can redo my assignment and send it back for remaking before the course expires and this was done on 31st of March 2015 and no one gave me feedback on my request and they don't want to give me an extension on my last assignment. With the mess of the post office I don't know when I will receive my assignment back. My ref no: ***6 for my request and my student no: ***. Please help because I am out of options and I think I just waisted a lot of money for nothing.
