No feedback on cancellations

I had registered with intec college in March of 2017 I had to cancel my Early Childhood Development NQF 4 course in July of 2017 as I am unemployed. I was finally given a reply to my email in October saying that my course was cancelled with no refund. Now in January of 2018 I am told that I have to pay 80% of the course. I have emailed the student support department as well as the cancellations department with my query and I have sent them on several occasions the feedback saying that my course is cancelled which they have not yet accepted as the final decision.

Please can someone assist as I have. Fail to get any responses from anyone in intec.
