No feedback from customer care

I unfortunately registered with INTEC , I made full payment on my course. I have heard nothing from them. After numerous emails to Vimala, I get no response. I requested for her Managers contact details, and of course i GET IGNORED ONCE AGAIN. What kind of customer service is this!!!!! This is pathetic...... INTEC has my full payment, can you at least let me know what the hell is going on!!!!!!
