I just want to know, how much longer do I have to wait for Intec to help me? It is already more than 2 weeks ago, and they never phone back to help me. I want to start with my assignments, but can't because of my study material that is wrong. The page numbers are marked wrong, they told me that I can finish my course in 6 months, but the way it is going now, I'm not so sure. This is really unacceptable, in the beginning I was so motivated to study through Intec, but now I don't know any more. I think the only department that is working are the accounts department. I receive all the payments and non payments emails, but that is where it end. I'm really fed up, hopefully somebody will assist me as soon as possible. The telephone is also busy all the time.
