No Feedback

I enrolled for a certificate course with Intec College. Paid in full, cash. I waited for about 4 months for my study material, after a lot of times trying to contact them. I at last got my study material. Now I've sent my first assignment on 13 March for marking, never got feedback yet. I e-mailed them and asked for feedback. They only ignored me once again as they did the first time with the delivering of my study material. Their customer services is extremely difficult to get because they just do not answer their phones.<br> <br> If they carry on like this, They might as well pay me back. With a service like this it seems as if I wasted my money. I never get any feedback or hear from them
