No examination results. Rude, unhelpful staff. Horrible service.

Worst experience I have ever had with part time studying! The documentation is ALWAYS faulty and the operators are rude and stubbornly unhelpful. I have written 2 examinations in November 2017, but what was supposed to show my examination results doesn't show anything at all. I have been calling weekly but to no avail. Every time I call I get a new operator, and the last one had the worst attitude! She states that she doesn't want to hear my stories of what is happening (or not happening in this case) and that she can't find my results on the system, I must call again next week.

How many weeks more do I need to call to get my results for two modules???
