NO EXAM RESULTS AND NO SERVICE

I wrote my exams last year November, got an letter stating that the 10th of February all exam results will be going out. We are on the 15th of February with no exam results as yet, I have phoned Intec about a hundred times with bad attitude and service from their Call Centre. Still to date my account has not yet been sorted out as well, since <br> <br> December I have been receiving an account stating that I owe them money, witch is a fault on their side that they charged me for 4 exams and I only wrote and app**** for 3, this case has not yet been resolved either and this is from December. I would not advice anyone to study through Intec as the service are bad with no response or feedback. Quick to call when they need something from you but not quick on solving the students problems or quires in any way. I am so disappointed in Intec and are starting to regret that I am studying through them. I am fed up and tired of phoning them every day to just get information and NO HELP at all.
