NO DELIVERY OR FEEDBACK CONCERNING ISSUE!

I did 2 courses through Intec between 2***. After I completed payment last year Jul/Aug I called them requesting my Certificates which they said took up to 6weeks to be sent.<br> <br> The certificates where sent during the post office strike. After the strike ended I went to the post office only to find that the parcel had already been sent back.<br> <br> I've been calling them since to enquire about this. When i call they always seem uninterested and unresponsive to my frustrations.<br> <br> Two weeks ago I spoke to a lady called Mandy from Cape Town who said she'd escalate my quiry i requested that she gives me feedback because I am tired of having to run after them when I do not owe them a cent. Three weeks later she still has not given me feedback.<br> <br> I have called now again and spoke to another lady called Jacquline who seemed very nonchalant and unsymphathetic. I asked why I have not gotten feedback she said they cannot make extenal calls.<br> <br> That is what I get after paying R15 000 no one has made effort to make sure that I am kept up to date and it hurts because I never once missed a payment. I have missed out on jobs because I cannot prove that I have done these courses.<br> <br> NO MORE INTEC FOR ME!!!!
