No communication since December 15

I would first like to express my level of dissatisfaction at this entire process. Getting hold of Fiona seems to be mission impossible and it is a bit unfair that emails are not rep**** to after almost 2 months yet payment was taken.<br> Her reason being her email was down - for 2 months?!<br> <br> I would also like to list some factors I am extremely unhappy with:<br> <br> 1) Payment was made in December 15th yet Fiona has not rep**** to any emails since then - because her email was down?! This is completely unprofessional and ***********. <br> <br> 2.) It is 28th of January and her registration status is still pending.<br> <br> 3) On December 15th it was communicated that all what was needed to complete her enrollment was payment. During that time the rand has diminished in value and she has not been enrolled. If there was a problem it SHOULD have been communicated earlier. It is completely unfair to do this, especially since enrollment to other options are now closing and that money lost value. <br> <br> I call the call center and ask to speak to her to be told she won't answer.<br> <br> Yet they keep us in limbo saying status is pending approval - end of January?!
