No communication note refunding.

I cancelled my studies on the 26/03/2018 at Intec College due to misleading information. I have requested that my monies to be transferred back to me in full. I have had no contact other than a lady telling me that the forms are created and has to go into review. We are now the 03/05/2018 and I still have herd nothing from the cancellation department. When I spoke to student services a lady told me that the review has yet to be done. Every time the cancellation lady wants to do the review the managers are busy and when the managers are free the cancellation lady is busy. This is what I was told. It’s been over a month now and nothing seems to be happening. I don’t know how long I will still have to wait for my money to be transferred back to me?
