No communication!!

So end of 2020 i started studying at a instution, finished my first year June 2021 and started my second and final year July 2021 and wrote my last exams November 2021. I should have received my final results and combined results February 2022. I received only the second year marks and it was all wrong! Missing subjects, incorrect subject that i didnt even writ. Missing assigment points (handed in on time July 2021) resent them multiple times... Since then we have tried to contact the instutution in countless times and ways. We just do not get a reply or when we call them they "will look at it". It has been 8 months later, and we still we have not yet received any indication or communication. Some people wait up to 2 years to get their certificate. It is soo frustrating. (our account was also fully paid per year - before i started with that year)

We just want to be done with the instutution and get my Diploma.
