No client service and assistance

Me Myself agree and have the same experiences on most the reviews on Intec College. And also, I have been struggling for 3 months now to get my paid up account statement from Intec College Accounts department. I Have spoken to head office which can not assist me at all. This is such a disappointment as Intec was a very popular College many years ago.
